Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the provision of access to the software (the “Service”).

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accept these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a public offer. Registration in the Service or continued use thereof shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms.

Definitions

Service: The software platform, accessible via the web interface.
User: A legal entity or sole proprietor using the Service.
Account: The User’s account in the Service.
Case: A single visa or migration process created by the User in the Service.
Subscription: Paid access to the Service’s functionality under the selected plan.
Operator: The owner of the Service, providing access to the platform.

Terms of use

Subject of the agreement

The Operator grants the User limited, non-exclusive, revocable access to the Service for the purpose of managing visa cases.

The Service does not provide legal, migration, advisory or translation services and does not make decisions on behalf of government authorities.

All actions related to document submission, communication with translators and government authorities are carried out by the User independently.

Registration and account

To use the Service, the User must create an Account and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

The User is fully responsible for all actions performed under their Account.

The Operator is not liable for third-party access to the User’s Account due to loss or compromise of credentials.

Description of functionality

The Service provides tools for:

creating and managing cases
uploading and organising documents
tracking statuses and deadlines
generating email drafts for the User to send

The Service does not automatically send emails, documents or data without the User’s involvement.

Payment and subscription

Access to the Service is provided on a paid basis in accordance with the selected plan.

Payments are made on a prepaid basis. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not made unless expressly stated in the plan.

The Operator may change pricing with prior notice to the User.

Rules of use

The User may not use the Service for:

unlawful purposes
infringement of third-party rights
uploading knowingly false data

The Operator may suspend access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Termination of access

The User may cease using the Service at any time.

The Operator may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of the Terms or of applicable law.

After access is terminated, the User’s data may be deleted in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms.

Continued use of the Service after publication of updated Terms constitutes the User’s acceptance of such changes.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service or the absence of errors.

The Operator is not liable for:

decisions of government authorities
outcomes of visa or migration processes
actions of translators or third parties

The Operator’s maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

Privacy and data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

The User confirms that they have a legal basis for processing and uploading third-party data.
